Jesus you haven't half bulked out frm what you were. Saw you in buch st the other week you are getting that pitbull build now :P How did you do it?? Obviously weights but what..? and do you drink the protein shakes?

no protein shakes for me, i think they’re a waste of money. i subscribe to the charles bronson workout ethic that i read in his book “solitary fitness” about how to work out in jail; my only dietary supplement is porridge and plenty of it.
otherwise just loads of weights, pressups and other exercises. i bench press like a maddy, work my triceps with dips and extensions, shoulder press, upright rows, 21s and dumbbell curls for the biceps, squats, deadlifts and that.
need to do more cardio as i’ve still got a daft wee belly. tried the triathalon challenge at my gym last week. 250m rowing, .5km cycling then .5km run in fastest time possible. beasted it until the run at the end. so definitely more cardio from now on.

as well-made as it it, after a second and third watch i’ve decided that i’m actually not too keen on it. for starters, the re-appropriation of the hans zimmer dark knight soundtrack is kinda lame. but my main beef with it is the inertia in the first five/six minutes; frank castle would never turn the other cheek on someone getting raped.
